With Orbit Mallorca we offer you a solution for both problems. On one side you'll have the commodity of working with a company which cares with all the burocratic affaires. We ask for you for all the licenses and do the paperwork. We control and supervise the construction. Talk to the architects and other people.
On the other side, you decide what goes where. On regular visits to Mallorca, you will decide which floor, lamps, electrical plugs, bathroom accessories, garden, and finally the house furniture, which of course is the final step after the Orbit Mallorca work is finished.
